I´m installing some packages how lynx, and i dub whith this messages.

I can´t understand the message (date) and decide whether to replace or not library.

There is no right or wrong answer. Each package comes with the libraries that it needs to run and there are different versions of the same library for FREESCO. In almost all cases it does not matter if you replace an existing library or if you keep the one that is currently running. It is mainly just personal preference and knowledge if for some reason you replace a specific library and then later you find out that something else doesn't work quite right. You then have the option of going back and removing the package and putting the original libraries back in place.
