Time Zone?

my 1 wish for the newest freesco that has came out is for a quick and easy readme to tell me where to plant the timezone file on the floppy. i had to dig through documentation for a good 5 minutes to figure out where to dump the file. what im asking is for a "read me" in the time zone download packaged with the time zone files. the new freesco is sweet! =)

Sounds reasonable to me, 038 will have it included.
