Hi all! :)
I tried ipcop before Freesco but your product is better..
Well, my wish: why don't improve web panel interface (less dark, many people have fear of the dark! :D ) toward something like that?

no new features, only a restyling.. :D

Hi,

Why don't you do it yourself?
The color scheme can be found all around for example here: <a href='http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colors.asp' target='_blank'>http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colors.asp</a>
or you can just name the colors <a href='http://strampke.mine.nu/Freesco-green-color-scheme.jpg' target='_blank'> like yellow or green etc.</a>
And in /wwa/cgi you can find the colors in usr.cgi
Enjoy the world of Freesco and change it to you likings.

EDIT: And the it's not going to be by the one who made it :(

No longer a "Wish List request" This should be discussed in a more appropraite location on the forums here.
The first, the original and still the main FREESCOsoft site http://www.freescosoft.com/
The best place for FREESCO packages and related files.
Created and maintained by me (Howler), and mirrored by many (well, ok mirrored by some).

Well, my wish: why don't improve web panel interface (less dark, many people have fear of the dark! biggrin.gif ) toward something like that?

This wish has been granted <_<
The NEXT version of FREESCO has a much friendlier color scheme and best of all it is completly dynamic and can be custom configured for it's color scheme from the advanced setup.
If you are afraid that you might make a mistake. The chances are high that you will never learn anything.

I don't find todo/whish lish in main site...

This is the main and ONLY site for wishes/suggestions and I don't have the time or the enthusiasm for a todo list. In this section of the forum things are discussed and if they are deemed practical then I just figure out how to do it and it is included in the next version. So you understand, to accomplish this feature took custom modifying the web server source code and recompiling it as well as redesigning the way the control panel uses HTML code to include a style sheet. All in all 20+ hours of programming, which still does not include the testing and working out some minor format details. <_<

Here is a sneak peek at what the new control panel looks like at least for the moment.

You might want to think about showing selected status information on the sign in screen.

I, for one, really appreciate the effort. A while back my employer had a virus on the corporate LAN. Every Windows 2000 system except mine had to be disinfected. I had installed a 486 running freesco between my PC, the corporate LAN, and my modem dialout... :D
